Duty and taxes will be due at the time of delivery and are to be paid by the customer when the package is delivered. You are able to pre-pay your duty and taxes by calling UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS and providing your tracking number and credit card payment.
To make specific requests regarding your delivery, please visit www.ups.com/mychoice and sign up for a My Choice account!
Please note: Our shipping provider is UPS and all P.O. box address must be sent via our $5.95 standard shipping option. This ensures that USPS will deliver your package properly. We are unable to expedite orders to a P.O. box, please provide a physical address for expedited shipping.
Shipping will only be refunded for exchange orders or if your package is deemed lost or destroyed by UPS or USPS.
